Diana is a native Texan and attended San Antonio College, the Art Institute of Houston and the University of Texas in Austin. Early in her career she worked in the newspaper advertising business at Dillard’s Department Store. She later moved to Houston and worked at KCS and Graphic Support Group, Inc. where she was introduced to the oil and gas industry producing numerous newsletters, catalogs, technical drawings, annual reports, and point of purchase.

Diana moved to Compaq where her 15-year love affair with the high tech industry began. After six months of producing award winning designs, including Society of Technical Communication’s Best of Show, she began her managerial career overseeing the development of the Creative Services department with disciplines in graphic design, interactive design, and 3-D animations.

Mary is a native of Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Design with honors and high distinction in design from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She began her career as a graphic artist and art director in Santa Ana, California. Upon moving to Texas, Mary worked as a production manager with Graphic Support Group, Inc. before taking a position as Art Director for the Terminal and Peripherals Division at Texas Instruments in the early ‘80s. After leaving TI and having formed a graphics design company with a colleague, Mary seized an opportunity to join a startup company called Gateway Technologies, which was to become Compaq Computer Corporation. Her career at Compaq spanned 18 years, with 15 as Director of Marketing Services, an organization comprised of marketing communications, documentation, market research, industrial and graphics design, human factors, web communications, production, and localization.
